Eclipse Prudent Mortgage Corp ( EPMC) has continued to provide a secure and highly competitive income stream through the 1st Mortgage in vestments to the clients of the Eclipse Financial Group.

The solid success of EPMC during the current downturn in the mortgage sector is due to the confidence of both investors and borrowers in our conservative and prudent management of loans. All investors will appreciate the excellent returns they have received and when there has not been a satisfactory loan for re-investment, then the investors funds have been returned to the investors.

Unlike the pooled debenture and unit trust mortgage schemes, EPMC operates an entirely different mortgage investment Fund where:

Eclipse offers a Direct Mortgage Fund where investors are placed in a mortgage over a specific security and their funds are not pooled over several properties. Eclipse does not lend to associated or related companies.
Eclipse discloses to the investors all relevant information relevant to each individual loan and security for the Mortgage.
Eclipse discloses to the investors in the individual mortgage and its compliance committee if and when that loan goes into default.
Eclipse does not charge excessive fees for arranging loans, (usually only 1% of the principal advanced) and does not charge any margin on the interest paid by the borrowers, therefore attracting good quality borrowers.

Investors in our mortgages have the opportunity to review, consider and choose the individual type of security and interest rate as outlined in the individual Syndicate Statement.

The on going monitoring and integrity by EPMC in their obligations as trustee and custodian of the investors and borrower funds has maintained the confidence of the EFG client community.
