125-131 CROWN STREET

 The proposal for the linking of the sites 60 Burelli Street, Wollongong and 127- 131 Crown Street Wollongong is to provide a dynamic and vibrant centre for pedestrian and vehicle movement, the location of both these buildings will create a focal hub in Wollongong C.B.D. To the North, a direct pedestrian link and shopping arcade will connect Crown street, the focus of Wollongong to Burelli Street.

 The proposal for 60 Burelli Street, Wollongong is to maintain the existing building and increase the office floor area of the building by adding three additional stories. This will add an additional 7184 m² of gross floor area

 The proposal for 127-131 Crown Street Wollongong is to maintain the street façade to Crown street and remove the centre retail tenant to create an arcade. This pedestrian and shopping arcade will create a direct link to the Burelli street building and Burelli Street offices.
